The Vac Back of the Week is presented in the name of Charles Vacarella, former All State Running Back from Ramsey High School under legendary coach Mutt Reynolds and position coach Same Short. Vacarella received a scholarship from Georgia where he injured his knee ending his running back career. Vacarella finished his college work at Jacksonville State. This is the eighth year that Charles Vacarella has helped recognize a top running back each week on our radio broadcast.
